Meet Dr. O’Brien

Dr. O’Brien obtained his DVM from Ohio State University and completed his residency in radiology from the University of Pennsylvania. He was a major in the US Army and a veteran of the Gulf War. He was on faculty at the universities of Wisconsin, Kansas State, and Illinois throughout an active academic career. He has over 100 peer-reviewed published manuscripts. He is an international expert in contrast ultrasound and advanced CT imaging. He founded the International Veterinary Ultrasound Society. He was on the examination committee of the ACVR for 5 years.

He is currently the Director of Radiology for Epica International & Epica Medical Innovations and has continued to spread his influence as Head of Radiology for a newly founded company, Peregrine Radiology.
